What this covers

These terms govern your use of this website and the client portal operated by Kinetic Alignment Labs (“the practice”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. The in-person services themselves are governed by the agreements you sign with the practice — not by this page.

Not medical care

Kinetic Alignment Labs is a strength-and-conditioning practice, not a licensed healthcare provider. Posture readings and pattern reads describe alignment and movement as measured by an instrument and confirmed by a practitioner — they are not a medical examination, a diagnosis, or treatment advice. Bring medical concerns to a licensed healthcare professional.

Nothing on this site or in the portal is medical advice, and reading it does not create a provider–patient relationship. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Accounts

• Portal accounts are created by the practice for its clients — there is no self-registration. Activation links are single-use and personal to you.
• Keep your password to yourself and tell the practice promptly if you think your account has been used by someone else.
• We may suspend or deactivate an account when needed to protect the records the portal reads.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its purpose. Do not probe or disrupt it, attempt to reach records that are not yours, submit another person’s information, or use the inquiry form for anything other than a genuine inquiry.

Your records

The clinical record is the practice’s record of the care it provides. The portal shows you what the practice shares with you, and you may request copies of your records at any time — see the privacy policy for how records are handled and how to reach us.

Site content

The site’s content, branding, and design belong to the practice. You may not reuse them without permission, except for your own records as shared with you.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. Questions go to scott.kirchner@kinetic-alignment-labs.io.
